Accessibility
We want you to get the most out of our website, so we are committed to making it accessible to everyone, including blind or partially sighted users who may use screen readers.
Where possible, we follow the guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) and the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB).
In addition to this, below we have listed a number of ways that you can ensure our website meets your needs:
Changing font size
We have designed our website to enable you to make the font smaller or larger using the settings on your browser:
Internet Explorer users
Select View > Text Size.
Firefox users
Select View > Text Size > Increase Font/Decrease Font, or use the keyboard shortcut by pressing Ctrl and + to increase the text size, or - to decrease the text size. Ctrl and 0 returns you to the default size.
Netscape users
Select View > Text Zoom. Click on the text size you want with the mouse or use the up and down keys and then Enter.
Opera users
Select View > Preferences > Fonts and change Minimum Font Size (pixels).
Importing stylesheets
Stylesheets describe how documents are presented on screens, in print, or perhaps how they are pronounced.
By attaching stylesheets to structured documents on the web (e.g. HTML), authors and readers can influence the presentation of documents.
You may import your own stylesheet into the website:
Internet Explorer users
Select Tools > Internet options > Accessibility. Next click on any or all of three checkboxes to ignore colours, font styles or font sizes. In the same window you can change the stylesheet by clicking the checkbox that says Format document using my stylesheet then browse to your preferred stylesheet and click OK.
Firefox and Mozilla users
Firefox and Mozilla browsers do not have the option for you to use your own stylesheets. Click on Tools > Options > Content tab, and select your own colour and font preferences.
Netscape users
At this time Netscape does not have the option for you to use your own stylesheets. Select Edit > Preferences > Appearance. You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.
Opera users
Select File > Preferences. Click on the Page style heading on the left-hand menu. Click the dropdown box next to Default Mode, and choose User Mode from the list. Select Choose under the My Stylesheet heading. Browse to the stylesheet you wish to open, double click on it to return to the Preferences window. Click OK to return to Opera.
Using access keys
Access keys are essentially keyboard shortcuts on a website that give a keyboard or screen-reader user quick and easy access to all the main areas of the site.
If you are using Windows
Pressing the Alt key in combination with the access key will highlight that link on the page, you then press Enter to select that link.
If you are using a Mac
Pressing the Ctrl key in combination with the access key will automatically send you to that specific page.

Browser compatibility
We have designed our website to be compatible with the following browsers:
PCs - Microsoft Internet Explorer Versions 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, Firefox 1.5 and 2.0.
Macintosh Computers - Safari 2.0, Firefox 1.5 and Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.2.
