and finance professionals in 500 organisations worldwide. The results show that a greater emphasis is
being placed on finance professionals keeping their skills and knowledge up to date.
The research also suggests that there remains much to do in implementing and monitoring organisation-wide
training and development policies which effectively support all finance professionals.
