Association of Certified Forensic Investigators of Canada
This is a non-profit Canadian organization whose objective is to promote and foster a national forum and governing body for the affiliation of professionals who provide to the public, governments and employers, their expertise and services in the areas of fraud prevention, detection and investigation.
You can become an associate for a small fee ($100.00 CDN) if you have an accounting, legal or private investigator designation and this gives you their membership discounts on CPD events and conferences. For members interested in the area of forensic and fraud investigation this body provides CPD activities and for ACCA members outside the GTA they have active chapters in Calgary, Halifax and Ottawa.
The ACCA Canada office would also like to hear from Canadian ACCA members who are interested in furthering careers or professional development in this area so further opportunities for these members can be developed.
