ACCA Approved Employers
The ACCA Approved Employer programme recognises the learning and development support organisations give to ACCA students, affiliates and members in the workplace. There are three streams of approval:
- Trainee Development - this stream of approval recognises the support organisations provide to ACCA students or affiliates studying towards the ACCA professional qualification, Certified Accounting Technician, and the Diploma in Financial Management
- Practising Certificate Development - this stream of approval recognises the support organisations provide to ACCA students or members studying towards the ACCA practising certificate or ACCA practising certificate and audit qualification.
- Professional Development - this stream of approval recognises the support organisations provide to ACCA members for the purpose of continuing professional development.
ACCA Linked Employers
ACCA values its relationships with customers and stakeholders. We work in different ways with organisations according to their needs, aiming to deliver timely information and relevant solutions. Linked Employers are organisations that value an association with ACCA, but do not seek formal recognition for the Approved Employer programme. Registration as a Linked Employer is free.
Investors in People UK
ACCA has recently formed an agreement with Investors in People UK in respect of the Professional Development stream of approval. The agreement enables organisations in the UK who hold Investor in People status to be automatically eligible for ACCA Approved Employer professional development stream status.
