ACCA provides many services for its members, to help them update their skills and knowledge, develop their careers and support their businesses.
ACCA Realise is ACCA’s continuing professional development (CPD) programme, through which members ensure they maintain and develop the capabilities required of a 21st century finance professional. Common CPD requirements mean that organisations with operations in several territories can gain confidence from ACCA’s global approach. They know that their employees who are ACCA members are maintaining their professional development, regardless of the country in which they live and work.
As part of their CPD requirements, members also have to demonstrate evidence of having reviewed and understood ACCA’s code of conduct, in the context of whatever current economic and business environment exists.
ACCA regards consistent membership criteria at all stages – exams, practical work experience and CPD – as being at the centre of its global success and recognition.
